Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and myrspin ("Platform", "we" or "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the myrspin platform, including the website, application, games and all services provided.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing games or using any part of this platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy which form part of this agreement.

User Eligibility

To register and use the myrspin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the myrspin platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen and any existing balance being forfeited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete information. Any false or misleading information provided constitutes a breach of these terms and myrspin reserves the right to take appropriate action, including closing the account without prior notice.

Your responsibilities as an account holder include:

• Keeping your password and login details confidential.
• Notifying myrspin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your profile information is always kept up to date and accurate.
• Taking full responsibility for all activities that occur through your account.

Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits to a myrspin account must come from a legitimate source of funds that belongs to you. Deposits made using a third-party account without authorisation are prohibited and may result in account closure.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. Accepted payment methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (for example, local Malaysian banks)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH

myrspin does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges that are beyond our control. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except deposits made using cryptocurrency, which will be converted at the prevailing rate.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a myrspin account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used during deposit, subject to the verification process.
• myrspin reserves the right to request verification documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure transaction security.

Any withdrawal involving a bonus balance must first fulfil the relevant wagering requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn directly. Only eligible cash balances will be processed for withdrawal.

myrspin reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraudulent activity, and will notify the relevant user via their registered email.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by myrspin are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms announced alongside each offer. Users are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before accepting any bonus.

The general terms for all myrspin bonuses are as follows:

• A bonus may only be claimed once per promotion, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another user or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• myrspin reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, coordination between accounts or betting strategies intended to exploit promotional offers.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified time period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

Game Rules

Game results generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) system or conducted by a live dealer are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure. Any dispute claim regarding a game result must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the incident.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanism intended to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance freezing.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by myrspin: myrspin reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any terms in this document.

• Duplicate accounts are detected for the same user.
• Required by the relevant authorities.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, myrspin reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and winnings associated with the violation.

Limitation of Liability

myrspin is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, internet failures, or system faults beyond our control.
• Game outcomes disputed by the user but generated in accordance with valid game rules.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of the user's own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Actions or declarations by third parties beyond myrspin's control.

This platform is provided "as is" and myrspin makes no implied warranties regarding continuous availability without interruption or errors. We will make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

myrspin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once the latest version is published on this website.
